So, after we’ve assessed our client’s needs for a particular job search, we research our client’s direct competitors and discreetly identify, evaluate and recommend candidates that are best suited to those needs.
It’s a process that’s more involved than searching a “stale” database for candidates. It’s a process that requires more diligence and hard-work than “going through resumes on Monster.”
